Located at 744 Greenwich Street, the three-bedroom apartment features a marble kitchen, a 48-foot-long living/dining room, hardwood walnut floors, a fireplace, a private 23-foot balcony and a “large walk-in closet leading to a windowed, limestone bathroom with radiant heated floors and a towel warmer.” The moral of the story: It’s good to be Zinczenko.
