Rumors of News Corp. Purchasing F1 Racing Dismissed
It’s Friday, so we hate to rain on your parade, but the President of Formula One Racing is once again dooming the possibility of seeing Rupert Murdoch behind the wheel of a race car.
According to the Mirror, Bernie Ecclestone said the chances of News Corp. purchasing the sport were “close to zero.” He guessed that the rumors were started by people looking to make money.
So since that rumor is dead, how about we start a new one?
