On Terri Gross’ ”Fresh Air,” this afternoon, Stephen Colbert confessed that in creating his ironic simulacrum of a conservative pundit, he looked to Anderson Cooper (”for his slickness”) and to Sean Hannity (”for his bullet-headed incuriosity”), but ultimately settled on Bill O’Reilly
