Sticks and Stones and Ketchup: Olbermann Vs. Page Six Enters a New Round

OlbermannP6_6.25.bmpWe can’t keep up with (actually we’re just bored by) the playground-like mud-slinging that continues to go on between Keith Olbermann and the Rupert Murdoch owned New York Post‘s Page Six column.

Apparently last night Obermann devoted his entire “Worst Person” segment to News Corp. employees again. This, according to TVNewser, after Page Six wrote its third piece in six days featuring MSNBC (the most recent one has something to do with ketchup). This also on a day when South African President Mbeki refused to denounce actual really bad person Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe — not to get all Paula Froelich on you, but still, we’re just saying.

How much longer we will have to hear about this nonsense is unclear, though we wonder if perhaps putting Rupert Murdoch and Keith Olbermann in a room together and seeing who comes out might be an idea whose time is come. Our money is obviously on Rupe in this scenario.
