Strike Watch: Strikers To HBO — Show Us The Money
Yesterday, the coldest day of the season, saw more than 200 WGA East picketers at the HBO building on sixth avenue between 42nd and 43rd streets, chanting, ”Hey, hey, ho, ho, HBO, show us the dough.” As reported Thursday, New York City Council speaker and mayoral hopeful Christine Quinn walked in solidarity with the striking guild writers. Among the picketers: Mr. WGA Picket Perfect attendance himself Seth Meyers and Rachel Dratch (see picture), Linda Dano, Griffin Dunne, Tom Fontana, Rob Morrow and B.D. Wong.
