Michael Lohan, Lindsay Lohan‘s estranged father who was recently released from prison after serving time for drunk driving and attempted assault, was in a Nassau family court yesterday in an attempt to secure visitation rights from Dina Lohan for his four children. You’d think, given the circumstances, he’d spell-check his famous eldest daughter’s name before issuing a statement to the press.

You’d think, but you’d be wrong:

Fresh out of rehab, Lindsay Lohan was accused of driving under the influence early Saturday morning, and police found what they believe to be cocaine in her car. Witnesses said at 5:30 a.m., Lohan, 20, was driving down Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard in her Mercedes convertible. She jumped a curb and flew into a set of trees. Right after the accident, she ran into a nearby house.

To celebrate its “Young Hollywood” issue, Nylon magazine is throwing a party next week at the Meatpacking District’s Tenjune — sponsored by Trump vodka — hosted by the epitome of Young Hollywood, Lindsay Lohan.

And it’s a perfect fit for a vodka company. Lohan, of course, doesn’t turn 21 until July 2, and has spent the last year in and out of rehab with Courtney Love-like frequency.

It’s a perfect fit for Nylon‘s cover, too: GQ lost a number of its regular alcohol advertisers when it featured the underage Lohan on the cover of its April issue.

One slight wrinkle: Lohan turns 21 in July, and according to publisher Pete Hunsinger, alcohol advertisers weren’t too keen on appearing in the same issue as an underage cover subject. FHM, you’ll recall, ran into a similar problem when it ran a cover featuring Brooke Hogan, the Hulkster‘s underage daughter.

Advertisers that didn’t have a problem with Lohan’s “minor” status? Grey Goose and Patron.

Ah, tequila.
