Hilarious – the NYT picked up the Romenesko salary bit this weekend. We say “picked up” because the item originated with Mediacrity last Sunday, inspired by by our own FishbowlDC. Yet the NYT, though giving general props to Mediacrity, does not give actual sourcing credit. Mediacrity is not happy.
On another note, if the NYT was a blog it wouldn’t have been able to get away with not linking this: “Others generate income through advertising, while others cut deals for, say, free rent.” Who blogs for rent? That’s hilarious. If you know please tell me.
