The New York Times Hires Sulzberger Nephew David Perpich
David Perpich, the nephew of Times Co. chairman and publisher Arthur Sulzberger, Jr., has been hired as executive director for nytimes.com. Perpich is expected to help the online publication erect a pay wall. The announcement appears in Times Co.’s annual proxy statement.
Previously, Perpich worked as a consultant for Booz & Co. in addition to working with Scratch D.J. Academy, a school for aspiring DJs.
