The New York Times Honored for Online Work
It was a banner weekend for The New York Times, honored with mulitiple wins at the 2010 Online Journalism Awards.
The awards were given out by the Online News Association.
The Times was chosen as the best for a large site for “Toxic Waters.”
The venerable newspaper also went home with the hardware in the Multimedia Feature Presentation, Large Site category for “Held by the Taliban”
For Outstanding Use of Digital Technologies, The New York Times also was victorious for its “Oil Spill Tracker”
