We're hearing that Newsweek.com editorial director Will Tacy -- who joined the Web site in January -- has left the company. Newsweek publicists have not yet returned our calls seeking confirmation.

Update: Tacy's departure from the company has been confirmed by a source with knowledge of the situation. We're still wondering what happened though.
