In preparation for its 100th issue, Flaunt, the self-described "engine of the avant-garde," is making some editorial changes.

Luis Barajas, who founded the pub along with Jim Turner and Long Nguyen, will jump from editor-in-chief to publication director. From his overlord role, he'll direct the company and its "brand extensions," including a new creative consultancy division. (Tar much?) Twenty-nine-year-old Andrew Pogany steps into Barajas' spot, making us just a little jealous. Then again, creative director Todd Tourso's also 29, so they have that youth thing going for them.

Flaunt will also launch Flaunt TV, helmed by Royal Interactive Studios Guy Logan and Russ Jones.
