Rodler has over 20 years of experience in the publishing and advertising sector and has worked with many of the world’s leading firms including Grey Advertising, The Industry Standard, Business Week, Inc. and Fast Company. Rodler comes to Mercury Group from
the Greycroft Partners LLC backed "Ladies Who Launch" where she was Vice President of Sales. Her experience spans building strong sales teams, marketing, strategic partnerships, with expertise in a variety of entrepreneurial ventures such as women in leadership and social entrepreneurship. Recognizing early on the need for sales team print/digital integration, Rodler became an early advocate and built some of the first integrated teams in the industry. Kate speaks at industry events as well to evangelize the importance and value of the small business market. She has deep contacts within the advertising, publishing, financial, media technology and business industries.
