Dan Rather's Attorney Pleased With Tuesday's Hearing
After Tuesday's hearing in the Dan Rather v. CBS case, the former anchor's lawyer, Martin R. Gold, issued the following statement:
Justice Gammerman indicated his continued desire to move toward trial. He will be considering Mr. Rather's second amended complaint, which adds more detail to the damages he suffered because of CBS's acts of fraud. Justice Gammerman will also address the Thornburgh Panel's attempt to block important documents from discovery.
