When The Complete New Yorker Isn’t Enough

Overwhelmed by decades of cool wit and epic reporting? Buried in the miserable search functions of the otherwise glorious Complete New Yorker? Well, there’s a blog for that.

Between the Squibs exists to make the CNY (to borrow Martin the copywriter’s phrase) manageable, at least somewhat. Don’t have any idea whether some article from 1948 is any good? He’ll try to help you out. Reader submissions are welcome, as Martin is also unable to get through the whole thing. He’s pretty fond of the William Shawn era, though, and assume that everyone’s already read every issue from 2000 to the present. That still leaves you thousands of pages to peruse. Submit away! New Yorker dorks (of which we number ourselves) need your help.
