NBC’s Tom Brokaw bridges the Greatest Generation and Generation X as he interviews actor/director Angelina Jolie and 97-year-old Louis Zamperini, a 1936 Olympian, WWII prisoner of war and subject of “Unbroken,” Laura Hillenbrand‘s best-selling book. Jolie is directing the film version of “Unbroken,” which will be released Christmas Day.
With Brokaw, Jolie opens up about her determination to direct this film, made during a challenging time in her own life. Brokaw’s interview, which airs tomorrow on “Today,” follows a 3-minute film preview Brokaw narrated that aired during the Sochi games.
