Bob Franken Leaving CNN

“CNN has not renewed the contract of National Correspondent Bob Franken, who has been part of some big stories (Monica, Whitewater, etc.),” FishbowlDC reports. Sources tell our brother blog “that many CNN staffers are upset at his departure.”

Franken confirmed his departure from CNN to TVNewser this afternoon. No word on his next move yet…
