Someone called in a bomb threat at the CNN Center in Atlanta overnight, also claiming to have hostages at the network’s Atlanta headquarters. As noted by My Fox Atlanta, the police searched the building and the adjacent Omni Hotel, but found no bomb or hostages. The buildings have been reopened.

Earlier this year, some teenagers were arrested for trespassing in the CNN newsroom in Atlanta after breaking in. They were busted when they logged into Facebook. Back in 2007, the CNN Center was the site of s shooting, which was reported on CNN.
