Cable Network Ranker: Fox News Number Two Channel

For only the second time this year, Fox News Channel was the second-most watched channel on cable prime the week of Feb. 21-27, placing behind only USA Network. The last time FNC placed second was the week of the State of the Union address.

MSNBC and CNN also improved their positions slightly compared to last week, but were still far down the list at #21 and #28 respectively.

In total day, FNC placed fifth overall, behind Nickelodeon, USA, Nick at Nite and Adult Swim, with CNN placing 24th and MSNBC 28th.
