Cablers Watch as Charlie Rangel Pleads his Case

At around the top of the 1:00pmET hour, Rep. Charlie Rangel spoke to the House ethics committee, saying “I was not trying to criminally hide anything from the IRS or from the Congress,” blaming his actions on “sloppiness.”
