Changes At The Big Idea

bigidea_6-6.jpgTVNewser has learned Terry Murphy is replacing Wil Surratt as EP of The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, effective today. A CNBC spokesperson confirmed the move.

Surratt will stay within CNBC and work on other projects. Murphy was previously a producer with CNBC.

Surratt took over the position from Mary Duffy in May 2006 when Duffy was promoted to EP of primetime development.
