CNBC ANNOUNCES NEW AFTER-MARKET HOURS PROGRAMMING LINE-UP

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Sept. 27, 2007--- CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, today announced a new after-market hours programming line-up effective October 10th.

"Fast Money," with Dylan Ratigan and the Fast Money traders, will air live 5 PM-6PM ET and will be rebroadcast during its current scheduled time period of 8 PM-9PM ET. "Kudlow & Company," hosted by Larry Kudlow, will air weeknights from 7 PM-8PM ET. "On the Money," currently airing 7 PM-8 PM ET, will go on hiatus and return at a later date.

"We're moving 'Fast Money' to an hour after the market closes because it will provide maximum value to our audience closer to the conclusion of trading," said Mark Hoffman, CNBC President. "With 'Fast Money' at 5 PM, CNBC viewers will know what moved the markets that day, have instant reaction to post market trading, breaking news and give viewers a first look at the trading day ahead."

"Moving 'Kudlow & Company' to 7 PM as the momentum of the Presidential election builds gives Larry Kudlow the ability to draw from a strong, deep pool of leading experts who will discuss everything from economics to politics," Hoffman said. "These programming changes allow CNBC to capitalize on the complementary strengths of these two excellent programs by aligning them with our audience's needs."

CNBC's "Fast Money" anchored by Dylan Ratigan, is a rapid-paced, highly-charged hour where four of Wall Street's best traders debate the hot trades of the day. The "Fast Money" traders-Guy Adami, Karen Finerman, Jeff Macke and Pete Najarian-give you the information normally reserved for the Wall Street trading floor, enabling you to make decisions that can make you money. The "Fast Money" four gives you the news, as only the savviest traders can, with an angle that you won't see until tomorrow's papers.

Wall Street and Washington come together daily for an exciting hour-long discussion of business and politics on CNBC's "Kudlow & Company." Larry Kudlow brings his decades of experience in the stock market, politics and the law to "Kudlow & Company," as he hosts discussions and debates on politics and business. The program regularly features top officials from the White House and Congress along with business leaders and influential journalists who report and comment on the day's events.

Beginning October 10th, the new after-market hours line-up on CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, is:

5 PM: "Fast Money"
6 PM: "Mad Money w/Jim Cramer"
7 PM: "Kudlow & Company"
8 PM: "Fast Money" (rebroadcast of 5PM program)
9 PM: CNBC Checkerboard programming, including documentaries, and rebroadcasts of NBC's "Deal or No Deal"
10 PM: "The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch"
11 PM: "Mad Money w/Jim Cramer" (rebroadcast of 6 PM program)
Midnight: CNBC Checkerboard (rebroadcast of 9 PM)
1 AM: "The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch" (rebroadcast of 10 PM program) All times are in ET.
