Couric in Iraq: Bush’s Surprise Visit

Katie Couric did a phone interview on The Early Show this morning, “about a half an hour” after President Bush arrived for a surprise visit. “The President [has] come here in advance of Gen. Petraeus’ and Amb. Crocker’s report to the president and testimoy on Capitol Hill next week,” Couric reported.
