Evening News Ratings: Week of October 11
Each of the three evening newscasts saw a jump in viewers last week from the week before.
“NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams” still leads the pack with a 500,000+ viewer lead over #2 “World News with Diane Sawyer.” Both the Williams and Sawyer broadcasts were up in both Total Viewers and younger viewers. The “CBS Evening News with Katie Couric,” was up slightly in Total Viewers and down slightly in younger viewers..
