FNC Doesn’t Let The Bed Bugs Bite…Anymore

BedBugs_3.18.jpgUpdating a story TVNewser first reported back in November, the NYTimes now reports the bed bug problem at Fox News Channel has been, “totally eradicated.” Warren Vandeveer, FNC’s senior VP for operations, tells the Times the problem resurfaced again a few weeks ago when an employee “caught a bug and showed it to us.”

Exterminators not only treated the part of the newsroom that is infected, tearing up carpets and replacing chairs, but also “inspected the homes of about 20 employees,” reports the Times. An exterminator described one employee’s home as having “the worst infestation he had seen in 25 years in the business.”

And for you all you FNCers worried about those bed bugs that bite, an all-you-ever-needed-to-know-about-bed-bugs video…after the jump.
