“I Looked Up, and He Was Staring at Me!”

Regis Philbin and Fast Money’s Guy Adami, or as Regis calls him, “the guy who has the stare,” were spotted having dinner at Campagnola on Manhattan’s upper East Side last night.

This morning on their show, Regis and Kelly talked about the dinner and the stare.

Kelly: “Why was I not included so I could Tweet pictures of the two of you staring at each other?”

Regis: “I swear to god, the middle of the evening, he stopped talking, and I looked up. And he was staring at me!”

Seriously, those eyes are freaky.
