“Katie Couric: Perky and Cute, But Smart, Informed and Liberal, Too”
…That’s the headline of this Pew survey about the three network evening news anchors. Katie Couric is a “more familiar personality than her NBC and ABC counterparts,” but “she also receives more negatively-toned responses.” Women like and know Couric best. But conservative Republicans were “significantly more likely” to offer a negative assessment of the soon-to-be CBS Evening News anchor. Here’s the full report.
