First on TVNewser: CNBC’s 5pm talk show Kudlow & Cramer will lose a few letters next week. Larry Kudlow will go solo and the show will become “Kudlow & Co.,” as Jim Cramer prepares for the launch of his 6pm show, “Mad Money.” Kudlow will be joined by an array of guests, a network rep said this afternoon. The K&C staff will stay in place. (I hear a CNNfn vet is on board to head up Cramer’s new show.) “We’re all looking forward to an exciting and passionate 5-7pm time period with two terrific hosts,” a CNBC staffer said via the tip box today…
