MSNBC Signing Deal With LX.TV

First on TVNewser: The creators of LX.TV, a “a broadband television network featuring the latest in lifestyle and cultural programming,” are cutting a deal with MSNBC to produce primetime programming.

LX’s founders are ex-MTV producers, so it “should yield a very different and innovative end product” — compared to the usual cable news fare, according to a tipster. LX will produce several hours of programming for the Doc Block next year.
