The addition of a fourth hour of Today “has led to rumors that ABC’s Good Morning America will expand to three hours this summer,” Dusty Saunders writes.
Over the weekend, a tipster told TVNewser that GMAers have been told to draw up plans for a third hour: “The buzz at ABC is that the network may axe one hour of its daytime programming and give back that hour to the local affiliates in exchange for taking back the 9am hour for an expanded GMA.” (The tip is unconfirmed.)
