The Ticker: Velshi, Cramer, Africa…

> One correspondent ends his tour, while another begins one. CNN’s Ali Velshi is hitting the road on a tour of Texas this week on CNN’s Election Express bus. Velshi is in San Antonio today, talking to residents about issues and comparing the candidates’ economic plans.

> Jim Cramer extends his “Lightning Round” segment to a web-only video feature, called “Lightning Round Overtime,” tonight on CNBC.com. The video will be posted each weeknight on the newly designed Mad Money site, shortly after 7pmET.
