Va. Tech Shootings: CBS, NBC, ABC Scheduling Hour-Long Newscasts Tonight

CBS Evening News was the only hour-long broadcast yesterday, and the network is producing another expanded edition tonight.

NBC Nightly News will also expand to one hour tonight, with Brian Williams continuing to report on the Virginia Tech shooting, NBC says.

Update: 2:45pm: “Per Jon Banner, EP of World News, World News with Charlie Gibson will also be 1 hour tonight,” a tipster says…
