What’s the ‘State’ of TV News?

Monday, Pew’s Project for Excellence in Journalism will unveil its annual “State of the News Media Report,” a comprehensive study on industry trends around the media.

Tom Rosenstiel, director of PEJ, tells TVNewser, “The report, which contains chapters on all TV sectors, shows rough news for local TV news, but very good news for national cable news overall.”
