Research Study

This well-respected industry study has documented the evolution of data sharing among retailers and their suppliers, exploring the impact as well as the restraints that stand in the way of more transparency. This is my second year writing this study.
I serve as lead writer for this prestigious annual study, working with a cross-company, international study team. My role was to interweave three streams of research from this year-long process into an accessible, meaningful reference document that represents the common themes and findings.


I host this twice-monthly series of podcasts covering business management issues that affect IT solution providers. Guests include subject matter experts as well as solution providers themselves.
