I am an accomplished editor and author of "Cooking Up an Italian Life" with more than two dozen cookbooks that I have authored, ghosted, or edited. I'm a talented culinary educator, recipe developer, lifestyle/travel feature writer, features editor, and blogger. My passion is Italian food and life and am also experienced in Mediterranean, healthy eating and contemporary home cooking.
