What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in various industries
Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking
Deliver consultative presentations to demonstrate how solutions improve operations and customer loyalty
Collaborate with the District Manager to identify new sales opportunities and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
Valid driver's license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for face-to-face and virtual selling
High energy, self-motivated, and competitive attitude
