What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and manage the sales process in the U.S. for the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market to achieve revenue and margin targets

Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers

Collaborate with independent manufacturer rep agencies to align with company objectives and performance expectations

Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities

Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic business reviews and planning sessions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted

Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry

Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, or renewable energy developers

Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners

Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions

Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits and events
