What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and manage sales processes to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and execution capabilities
Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and proposals that articulate the value proposition
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
Proven experience with Industrial power generation, EPCs, and renewable energy developers
Strong consultative sales acumen and the ability to lead long sales cycles
Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships
Strong leadership, organizational, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
