What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and manage the sales process within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market

Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers

Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements

Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualification of new opportunitiesMaintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting and strategic input during business reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted

Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry

Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, and renewable energy developers

Strong consultative sales skills and ability to lead long sales cycles

Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in leading and aligning performance of independent manufacturer representative agencies

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including verbal and presentation abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Previous experience in the modular building or integrated solutions sector
