What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage sales efforts within the U.S. for the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and execution capabilities
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to articulate the company’s value proposition
Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting to contribute to strategic business reviews
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in leading long sales cycles with multiple partners
Demonstrated ability to align rep agency performance and partnerships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and support regional initiatives
