What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage sales efforts for Industrial Medium Voltage Bus Duct Systems across the U.S.
Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
Partner with independent manufacturer representatives to ensure alignment with company objectives
Drive sales pipeline development, actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to support technical solution development and proposal strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent outside sales experience
Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, and renewable energy developers
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to lead long sales cycles
Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in leading and aligning rep agency performance and partnerships
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
Experience in delivering compelling customer-facing presentations and proposals
Knowledge of the Industrial MV Bus Duct market and competitive landscape
