Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales process across the U.S. to meet revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
Collaborate with independent manufacturer rep agencies to align with company objectives and performance expectations
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the company's value proposition
Maintain market awareness and contribute to strategic business reviews and planning sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management or renewable energy developers
Strong consultative sales acumen with the ability to lead long sales cycles
Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in working with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
