Salary Range:
$85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of CI initiatives.
Drive the standardization of processes and best practices across multiple production lines or facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainment of improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt with practical application experience.
Expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and their implementation.
Demonstrated ability to drive change, manage projects, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to identify root causes and solutions.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Certified in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience applying continuous improvement principles within an Industry 4.0 environment (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing).
