What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive revenue and growth for assigned global accounts as the primary contact for OEM customers

Develop and maintain Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMP) for each account

Manage technical integration projects and oversee application requirements

Facilitate communication between OEMs and internal teams to resolve issues and improve collaboration

Monitor customer health and satisfaction to ensure alignment with company standards

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

Minimum of 10 years of commercial/technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred

Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel

Strong understanding of strategic account planning and management

Proven track record in driving business growth and customer satisfaction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Challenger Sales methodology

Familiarity with competitive landscape and industry trends

Previous experience in automation or motion control sectors

Ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals

Knowledge of OEM equipment strategies and technical integration
