Drive revenue and market share growth for assigned global OEM accounts Develop and maintain Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMP) for each account Oversee technical integration projects and manage application requirements Facilitate communication between OEMs and internal teams to resolve issues Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies to clients What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 10 years of commercial/technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to drive strategic initiatives Proven experience in developing business growth strategies How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the automation and motion control industry Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology Previous experience managing global accounts Strong presentation and negotiation skills Knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
