What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive revenue and share growth for assigned global accounts
Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM accounts and manage related equipment strategies
Develop and maintain Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMP) for each account
Lead strategic initiatives and monitor execution of business plans
Facilitate communication between OEMs and internal teams to resolve issues and improve collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of commercial/technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel
Proven ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
Strong understanding of customer health and satisfaction metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Challenger Sales methodology
Familiarity with the competitive landscape and industry trends
Background in technical integration projects and application requirements
Previous experience in a related industrial manufacturing environment
Skills in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies
