What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive revenue and growth within assigned global OEM accounts
Develop and maintain Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMP) for each account
Manage technical integration projects and oversee application requirements
Facilitate communication between OEMs and internal teams to resolve issues and improve collaboration
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of commercial/technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel
Proven ability to develop business growth strategies
Strong understanding of customer health and satisfaction metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Challenger Sales methodology
Familiarity with competitive landscape and industry trends
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams
Prior experience in the industrial manufacturing sector
Strong presentation and proposal development skills
