What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive revenue and share growth for assigned global accounts

Serve as the primary contact for assigned OEM accounts and manage related equipment strategies

Develop and maintain Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMP) for each account

Lead strategic initiatives while monitoring execution of business plans and customer satisfaction

Facilitate communication between OEMs and internal teams to resolve issues and improve collaboration

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required

10+ years of commercial/technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred

Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel

Strong ability to develop and implement business growth strategies

Proficiency in managing technical integration projects and application requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the industrial manufacturing sector

Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology

Proven track record of successful strategic account management

Ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals

Knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends
