As a Customer Experience Consultant, you're not just selling cars; you're providing an unforgettable journey for our customers. You will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the buying and selling process while upholding our core values of honesty and transparency. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by guiding customers through all stages of the car-buying process, including sales assistance, appraisals, and financing applications.
Assess vehicle conditions, record essential information, and communicate effectively with buyers to facilitate accurate customer appraisals.
Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax, and ensure thorough inventory reconciliation.
Perform cosmetic inspections and uphold CarMax's Quality Standards for all vehicles.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining transaction paperwork, contacting finance companies regarding customer contracts, and managing cash/payment activities.
Schedule service appointments and verify billing accuracy for retail services conducted.
Role Purpose:

You will manage diverse responsibilities, including vehicle sales, processing paperwork, and maintaining records, all while working in a fast-paced setting. Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail.
Valid Driver's License.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
