About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its IT staffing division. The successful candidate will be tasked with building the business from the ground up, with a focus on developing a sales-first growth strategy, personally engaging in the sales process, and establishing a strong, teachable sales methodology. This role requires a proven IT staffing sales leader with a build-from-scratch background, capable of hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team. The Managing Director will have full P&L responsibility, including margin and cost control, and must be adept at forecasting and pipeline management. A builder mindset is essential, as the division is currently at a nascent stage with minimal revenue and no existing momentum.
Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience in IT or technology staffing. The role demands a strong individual seller who can also coach and develop others, and a disciplined forecaster with a bias toward execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating without a large-scale structure and will be adept at restoring trust, transparency, and execution rigor. The company values leaders who are proactive in building and are less focused on pedigree and more on the ability to sell and grow talent. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, and the candidate should be prepared for a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to the business.
