What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
- Design and deliver training programs for channel partners to enhance their understanding of product offerings and sales techniques
- Create sales enablement tools, such as presentations and case studies, to support partners in the selling process
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel enablement initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and execution for channel partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enablement
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel enablement strategies
- Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Experience with training and development, including instructional design
